BOT Approved: February 19 2025
PURPOSE
Library materials are available for loan. The total number of items that can be checked out per patron card is determined by borrower type.
POLICY
Overdue charges shall be set by the Board of Trustees (BOT). Materials which have been “willfully detained” may be pursued according to the New Hampshire RSA 202-A: 25. This page is an abbreviated version of that policy. Click here to see the complete Rodgers Memorial Library Circulation of Library Materials policy.
