In addition to the Summer Reading Programs for Children and Teens there are two programs for adults – Summer Reading and the year long Reading Challenge.
Win Weekly Prizes for Reading This Summer!
Win raffle tickets for every Rodgers Memorial Library book, book on CD, e-audiobooks, and e-books you read this summer and win prizes! You can also get a raffle ticket for each library program you attend in July and August. Weekly prizes include gift certificates to local stores and restaurants.
Go to our website to register and log library materials used and programs attended or fill out a raffle ticket, list the number of items and drop it in the bowl on the circulation desk.
Take the Library Challenge!
Introducing our new yearlong adult reading program beginning July 1, 2018: The Library Challenge! Visit the library and pick up a “challenge card” – a card listing various Challenge List genres and categories, such as “read a classic romance” or “read a Pulitzer Prize-winning book.” Continue the challenge until July 1, 2019, and you’ll be eligible to win our grand prize, a $75 gift certificate to the restaurant of your choice, which will be awarded to the contestant who has read the most challenge books over the course of the year!
