The Cookbook we are using for September is The Elements of Pizza by Ken Forkish. Prepare one of the recipes in the book and bring it in to share with the club. (Store bought crust is OK) You can share your pizza tips and techniques and sample the other pizzas.
As always, you may register online or inform the Circulation staff once you have made your recipe selection to avoid duplicate dishes.
