About Interlibrary Loan
When the library does not have the material you are looking for, we can often request what you need from another (lending) library that will send the material to us on your behalf. Response time will depend on the lending library, usually within one to two weeks. We cannot request DVD’s or new books published within the last six months. There is no charge for this service when materials are obtained from another New Hampshire library.
To request a book via Interlibrary Loan pick up a form at the circulation desk or fill out the form online.
About Suggesting a New Book
When the material you are looking for cannot be requested through interlibrary loan, either because it is unavailable or because it is too new, you may suggest that the material be purchased and added to the Rodgers Library’s collection. Suggestions will be taken into consideration without guarantee that they will be purchased and added to our collection, and may take several weeks, even months, before being available for checkout.
To suggest a material for the library to purchase, pick up a form at the circulation desk or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
